3 Wishes

I told myself I wouldn’t watch it - it was just another one of those feel good shows that will make me cry like every Hallmark Card commercial ever taped…..but, I ended up watching it anyway…. It was Three Wishes with Amy Grant. Well, I was right, it was like a Hallmark Card commercial, and, I was right, I did cry - but, I did come up with an awesome page idea that I just had to share - so, thanks 3 wishes!

As we watched the show, my son said “I know what my 3 wishes would be”. As he listed his sweet thoughts for me to have a horse, lots of land, and him to be a professional baseball player, I thought - “Man, I have to capture these precious words” - so I did. And you can bet I will be asking each of my children and my husband what their 3 wishes would be. What wonderful words to go back and read years from now.

So, go ask your family members what they would wish for, write it down, and make a page. You can take a picture of each member, or, even pose them if possible: For example, I could include a pix of my son in a baseball uniform. And, if you want to do something completely awesome, make it an annual tradition. Pick a date (October 1st, September 11, Thanksgiving), and, record what your loved ones wishes are each year-it would be wonderful to see the wishes change~and maybe see some come true!
